Black Cumin

Black cumin (Nigella sativa) is a valued seed used for its strong aroma and distinctive flavour in breads, baked goods, spice blends and many other foods. It has also been widely studied for bioactive compounds, particularly thymoquinone, and for antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and immune-supporting properties.

At Yüksel Tanrıkulu facilities, black cumin is processed and separated according to product characteristics for oil or seed use, then supplied for different food and production requirements.
