CHIA SEED

Chia seed is a small but nutrient-dense seed used in a wide range of modern food products. Chia naturally provides dietary fibre, plant-based omega-3 ALA, protein, calcium, phosphorus and zinc. Its ability to form a gel when mixed with liquid makes it useful in breakfast mixes, puddings, drinks, bakery products and other food formulations.

At Yüksel Tanrıkulu facilities, chia seeds are cleaned and separated from foreign material before being supplied ready for food applications.
