Flaxseed

Flaxseed is a nutrient-dense oilseed used in both whole and ground forms across the food industry. Its naturally high content of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a plant omega-3 fatty acid, together with dietary fibre and lignans, makes flaxseed especially useful in functional food applications, breads, bakery products and breakfast mixes.

At Yüksel Tanrıkulu facilities, the product is separated and supplied as Oil Flaxseed, Flaxseed and A-Grade Flaxseed to meet different processing and application requirements.
