Cracked Sunflower Kernels

Cracked sunflower kernels are smaller pieces of sunflower kernels, providing an important processing advantage in products where whole-kernel appearance is not required. They distribute evenly through breads, bakery products, granola, snack mixes and other food formulations while naturally supplying protein, unsaturated fats and vitamin E.

Yüksel Tanrıkulu was the first company in Türkiye to produce sunflower seed kernels and has continued to develop its sunflower processing expertise and product range since 2004.
